She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Seese (Gabany); her husband Jerome "Jerry"; her sons, Justin Dutko of Johnstown, Brennan of Elton, Ian of Brackenridge, Nathanael and West Chester; and her siblings, Larry Fork of North Carolina, Kelly Fork and South Fork.
