She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lewis and Johanna Lewis (Galvin); her husband Charles W. Leventry; her daughter Debbie Allison; and her brothers, James, Theodore and Edward Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy C. Leventry (Ruth), Mark W. Leventry (Kim) and Daniel J. Leventry (Marsha); her son-in-law Bruce W. Allison; her grandchildren, Scott W. Allison (Marcy), Jennifer J. Beatty (Mark), Lea D. Kleespies (Matt), Jerad K. Leventry, Amy L. Diehl (Neal), Lisa A. Dragan (Shane), Charles M. Leventry (Elise), Brogan L. Hunter (Thomas), Alexis Leventry, Madison Leventry, Maximus J. Leventry and Harper M. Leventry; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Keeley Beatty, Piper, Isla Allison, Luke, Benjamin Kleespies, George Diehl, Grant and Dallas Dragan (Twins).
