He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius A. Quinn and Treva Hustead Quinn; and his brother Peter Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Letavec Quinn; his children, Charles "Buck" Quinn (Dana) of Monongahela and Marcy Richardson (Jim "Primo") of Carroll Township; his grandchildren, Anthony Quinn (Shana), Alexandria Quinn, Timothy and Joseph Richardson; his great grandchildren, Juliet and Wyatt Quinn; and his siblings, Julius A. Quinn (Maryann) of Brownsville and Janet Leyland of Elizabeth.
