He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Collage and Ella Mae Collage (Northrup); and his wife Betty L. Collage (Costa). He is survived by: his son Michael Collage of Elrama; his grandchildren, Dylan and Mia Collage; and his great grandchild Aspyn Collage. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
