He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea Capocci; his parents, Ralph Sanders and Frances Sanders (Knowles); his grandson Michael Sanders; and his brothers, Charles "Zeke" Sanders, Eddie, Gene and Donald Sanders.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Sanders (Carolyn) of Dunmore and Robert Sanders (Kimberly) of Dunmore; his grandchildren, Brandon Sanders and Stephanie Sanders; his great grandchildren, Michelle, Alyssa and Skye Sanders; and his siblings, Margaret Frable (David) of Deposit, N. Y., Marlene Sanders of New York and Stanley Sanders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
