Mary T. Descipio Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary T. Descipio of Elmhurst, Pennsylvania, born in Freeland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Zadra and Clara Zadra (Fellin); and her brother Lawrence Zadra (Dolores). She is survived by: her husband Anthony J. DeScipio Sr.; her children, Anthony J. DeScipio Jr. (Joan), Lawrence DeScipio (Linda), Marybeth DeScipio-Lewis (Bill) and Joseph DeScipio (Patty); her grandchildren, Dr. Cheryl DeScipio (Dipan Desai), Anthony DeScipio III, Lawrence DeScipio Jr., Cameron Lewis, Nicholas, Olivia and Gabriel DeScipio; her great grandchildren, Ella and Ava Desai; and her brother Louis J. Zadra (Rose) of Stoughton, Mass.. She is also survived by her husband, her children and their spouses, her seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Due to the rise in COVID cases, anyone attending the visitation or service are required to wear a mask and all state guidelines regarding COVID-19 will be observed Final Resting Place St. Catherine's Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Eulalia's Parish in lieu of flowers.
