He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kellogg and Elizabeth Beavers Kellogg; and his brothers, Chester, Nathaniel and Raymond Kellogg.
He is survived by: his children, Franklin S. Kellogg of Avoca, Karen Black (Christopher) of Lake Ariel and Gloria Banks (Jeffrey) of Scranton; his siblings, Frances Stevens (Glenn) of Lake Ariel, Carl Kellogg of Hollisterville, David Kellogg of Ledgedale and Thelma Evarts (David) of Lake Ariel; and his grandchildren, Justin Black, Jordan Banks and Darlene Black. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; in-laws; countless friends.
