He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Richard "Dick" Francis Sr. and Anne E. Francis (Keevill); and his brothers, William "Bill" and Michael "Mike" Francis. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Francis (McConnell); his children, Harry R. "Rich" Francis III (Monica), Brian Francis (Scott Patton), Julie Kurz (Blaze), Lori Gottshall (Kevin) and Nicole Vittese; his grandchildren, Anna Francis, Benjamin Kurz, Adam Francis, Connor Kurz, Alyssa Vittese, Victoria Gottshall, Samantha Vittese and Jakob Gottshall; and his great grandchild Cameron.
