He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F Garvin and Loretta M Garvin (Jacquette); and his sister Connie Gee (Don). He is survived by: his spouse Jean Garvin (Riemenschneider); and his children, Brian (Joy), Kathleen Hiban (Lou), Terry, Dennis (Dianne), Karen Reinhart (Ralph) and Jeanne Dias (late Tom). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
