It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clare T. Markle (Elm, Pennsylvania), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Beranek and Anton Beranek of Chicago; her husband Russ; her siblings, Joseph Beranek, James C. Beranek, Leon Beranek O. F. M., Constance Beranek, Patricia Vlach and Maryanna Petzel; her daughters, Maryanna, Diane Marie and Charlene Markle; and her son-in-law Dale Coble.
She is survived by: her brother Thomas Delno Beranek of Lockport, IL.; her children, Patricia Keffer (Robert) of Chambersburg, Sally Coble (Greg Seifert) of York, Joseph Markle (Joyce) of Spring Grove and Michael Markle (Debbie) of Newtown; her grandchildren, Matthew Keffer (Maria), Mark Keffer (Kim), Luke Sheaffer, Paul Sheaffer (Sarah), Natalie Limm (Jake), Brendan Markle (Alice), Christian Markle (Angie) and Deanna Shilts (Joel); and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Max, Rachel, Benjamin, Mark Thomas, Ella, Madeline Keffer, Ethan Markle, Steven and Emelina Shilts.
The family services are being held privately under the direction of Murphy-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. A celebration of Clare's life will be scheduled at a later date due to the COVID pandemic.
