Cook; her children, Leslie Stewart (Michael Henry) of Wampum, Amanda Cook of Ambridge and Charles Cook, Jr. of Daugherty Township; and her grandchildren, Daimere Stewart, Adrionna Cook, Camden McDowell, Adereon Cook, Atavion Cook, Kain Henry and Brinley Henry.
