She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd E. Sr. Haswell and Norma H. Haswell (Bubb); her siblings, Elaine G. Haswell, Carol D. Wilfong, David "Zeke" T. Haswell and Loyd "Skip" E. Haswell; and her niece Michelle L. Hardy.
She is survived by: her children, John Todd (Sara) of California, Chelsea Todd of Ellwood City and Kylie Todd of Ellwood City; her granddaughters, Bonnie and Maisie; and her nieces and nephews, David A. Haswell of Tennessee, William Haswell of California, Sam, Mike Makarevich, Christine Hamovitz, Marci Mazenko and Nicole Kosco of Ohio.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (200 Fountain Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Tracie's love for animals, donations in her name may be made to the Humane Society.
