He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Moyer and Mary B. Pappas Moyer; his sister Mary Rose; and his brother-in-law Edward Bennethum. He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Rice; his sons, Robert Ryan (Heather) and Cliff (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Abigale, Elizabeth, Cash, Robert Michael, Isabella and Taylin. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters; and nephews and nieces.
