It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert R. Harper of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Harper and Alice Mitchell Harper. He is survived by: his wife Catherine L. Mount; and his siblings, Marylu Strohecker of Ellwood City, Ruth Glisan of Pittsburgh and Paul Harper of Ellwood City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
