He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Barkey and Evelyn Partington Barkey of Beaver Falls, PA. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Barkey (Wiley); his daughters, Malyn Hart (Jordan) and MacKenzie Barkey (Ryan Smith) of New Castle; his mother-in-law Darlene Wiley of Wampum; and his siblings, Nancy Miller (Rodney) of East Liverpool, OH, Barbara Hackney (Earl) of Rochester, PA and John Barkey (Kristen) of Columbiana, OH. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
