He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Plavecsky and Anna Hrabosky Plavecsky; his wife Julie (Ottobre); and his brothers, John Plavecski, Joseph Plaveczki, Bill Parks, Mike Plaveczki, Steve Plaveczki and Louis Plavecsky.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Bennett and Margaret Plaveczki; his children, Vince Plavecsky (Paulette), Dave Plavecsky (Anna Marie), Karen Mancini (Nick), Paul Plavecsky, Jr., Barb Snider (Chuck) and Debby Santiago (Rico); his grandchildren, Kara Cater (James), Brett, Erin Plavecsky, Nick (Julie), Dan Mancini, Michelle Nissen (Sam), Nicole Johnson, Linsey, Robert Bronder and Rayne Santiago; his great grandchildren, Madison, Camryn Cater and Mia Mancini; and his sister-in-law Ann Plavecsky of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
