He is survived by: his children, Jeff Hazen of Greenville, NY, Shane Hazen (Talitha) of Ellwood City and Kim Kerr of New Galilee; his granddaughters, Randi Sikora (Rick), Scarlett Hazen and Abigail Hazen; his great grandchildren, Max Knechtel II and Asia Kerr; his great great grandchildren, Bentley and Baxley Knechtel; and his sister Mary Shouse.
