She was predeceased by: her father George Best; and her children-in-law, Wayne Eder and Betty Tincani. She is survived by: her children, George Tincani, Cindy Lokey (Jim), Terri Herge (Kevin), Jim Tincani (Linda) and Debby Caccia (Dave); her grandchildren, George, Joe (Kimmie), Traci (Duane), Ashley, Zac, Erin, Deidre (James), Bryson, Virginia (Joe), Jessica, Tony and David; and her siblings, Carl Best of Harrisville and Ruby Best of Grove City. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
