She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rusidoff and Violet Anna Sanko Rusidoff; and her siblings, Patty Wallace and James Rusidoff. She is survived by: her husband Samuel W. Phillippi; her children, Rintha Miller of Prospect, Robin Boots of New Castle, Rebecca Shirey (William) of Wampum, Scott (Wendy) of Ellwood City and Sam J. Phillippi, Sr. of Hermitage; and her brothers, Paul of Florida and John Rusidoff of Karns City. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
