Though Joyce may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wingard and Jean Wingard-Hampe (Nolf); her sister Connie Wawrzynski; and her son-in-law Frank Tabin. She is survived by: her husband William "Pete" H. Bingle; her children, Dawn Tabin of Beaver, Jeannie Ball (John) of Beaver Falls and Bill Bingle (Brandi) of Ellwood City; and her grandchildren, Matt Tabin, Ryan Ball, Conner Bingle, Jesse Bingle, Evelyn Bingle and Briella Bingle. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
