He is survived by: his wife Docia Jeanne Jacobs (Jinar); his children, Patrick Jacobs of Chattanooga, Jamie Jacobs of Conover and Rachael Jacobs (Craig) of Beaver Falls; his siblings, Shelby Hall, Sonja Boots, Larry Jacobs, David Jacobs, Mark Jacobs and Jay Jacobs; his grandchildren, Steven Sherrod, PaTrisha Jacobs, Kyleigh, Elizabeth Edinger, Jude, Liliana, Joseph Jacobs, Chessie Dominguez, Bryan Raybuck and Madison Jakubowski; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Madison and Julia Sherrod.
