He is survived by: his wife Loretta Anderson Stubbs; his children, Rebecca Bailey of Scottdale, PA and Daniel Stubbs of Ellwood City; and his siblings, Cathy Shaw (Todd) of Kittanning, Mary Ann Stout (Jim) of Ford City and Thomas Stubbs (Debbie) of Kittanning. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
