He is survived by: his parent Helen Mantz of Ellwood City; his close friend Janeen Weisz; his aunt Joan Clark; his cousins, Logan and Ryan Gibbons; and also, Jessica Patterson, Jamie Barile, Makenna, Kaylee and Craig. He is also survived by numerous other cousins and friends.
