He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Samuel; and his brother-in-law Mike Perry. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kaye Alfera (Migut); his sons, Brian Alfera (Renee) of Ellwood City and Kevin Alfera of San Francisco, CA; his granddaughters, Kathryn and Gabriella Alfera; his sister Linda Camerot (Tony) of New Castle; and his sister-in-law Shirley Perry of Ellwood City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
