With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ivy Elaine Frederick of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Frederick and Diana Kondrasuk Frederick; her grandparents, Jack, Shermanetta Kondrasuk, Ralph and Mary Frederick; her nephew Gavin Myers; her aunt Debbie Kondrasuk; and her uncles, George Frederick and David Kondrasuk.
She is survived by: her sister Shannon; her brother-in-law Rick Myers of Ellwood City; her niece Madison Myers of Ellwood City; her aunt Carol Kondrasuk of Bradenton, FL; her uncle Ken Hink of Port Orange, FL; her godmother Kim Ottaviani Johnson (Steve) of Hollywood, FL; and her pets, Kiki and Koda. She is also survived by many friends, coworkers.
Memorial contributions can be made in Ivy's name to the Ellwood City Fire Department.
