He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald W. Sr. Blinn and Eileen Hackett Blinn; and his brothers, William, Daniel and Thomas Blinn.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Davis Overland; his daughters, Jennifer Blinn (Justin) of Georgia and Sarah Munizza (Mark) of Moon Township; his grandchildren, Anthony, Dylan, Vince and Holly; and his brother Ronald Blinn of Wampum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
