He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Forsythe; and his brothers, Wayne and Glenn Forsythe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Forsythe (Hogue); his stepsons, Bob Kettler (Donna) of Ellwood City and Mikel Kettler (Linda) of Florida; and his brothers, Earl Forsythe of Valencia and Pete Forsythe (Kay) of Missouri. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren, and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
