He was predeceased by: his father James DeCaria; his son Frank A. DeCaria, Jr.; and his siblings, Elizabeth Frank, Rosemary Rhodes, Philomena "Babe" Duffy, Teresa Bender, Ann Taylor and Dominic DeCaria.
He is survived by: his wife Rita DeCaria (Muhleman); his daughter Lisa Hazen (Arthur "Skip") of Coraopolis; his grandchildren, Arthur Hazen (Natalie) and Kyle Hazen (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Vita, Stella and Brooklyn Lucas Hazen; and his siblings, Mary DeCaria of Ellwood City and Joe DeCaria (Bonnie) of Ellwood City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
