She was predeceased by: her father Edward S. Locke; her husband Jack; her brothers, James Edward, Robert Earl, Gary Scott and Donald Locke; and her sister-in-law Wanda "Breezy" Locke.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert and Ronald Cowan of Perry Twp; her brother Timothy Locke (Debby) of Wayne Twp; and her friends, Rick, Billy Jo and Toni.
