He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Levi Seiter and Ruth E. Evans Seiter of Ellwood City; and his wife Millie Seiter. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ed, Christina Belkowski (Anthony), Kenny Black (Lisa) and Adam Black (Jamie Malloy); his grandchildren, Jessica, Melinda, Jason, Tommy, Lorianna, Katie, Noah and Kevin Jr.; his great grandchildren, Eli, Leah, Landon, Ryan, Isla and Cruz; his pets, Nova and Slick; his close friends, Daniel Gretch (Alice), Brian Caldwell, Roy and Kathy McKelvey; and also, Gabrielle and Tom Milnes. He is also survived by many other friends and neighbors.
