He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Forsythe (Malutich) and Gene Singer; his stepfather Russ Forsythe (Becky Rue); his sons, Maddox Singer and Gabriel Singer of Ellwood City; and his sister Lisa Repasky (Rick) of Pleasantville, PA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
