He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Moffatt and Betty Hinkle Moffatt; his brother Donald Moffatt; and his nephew Richard Pistorius. He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Faraoni Moffatt of New Castle; his children, Michael Moffatt (Erin) of New Port Richie, FL, Zachary Moffatt of Ellwood City and Kerri Doyle of Beaver Falls; his grandchildren, Katarina Moffatt and Jackson Moffatt; and his brothers, James Moffatt (Debra) of Prospect and Shawn Moffatt (Lisa) of Portersville.
Family suggests in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
