He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kondrasuk and Shermanetta Kondrasuk (Young); and his sisters, Diana L. Kondrasuk and Deborah Kondrasuk. He is survived by: his sister Carol A. Kondrasuk of Bradenton, FL.; and his nieces, Shannon Myers (Rick) of Ellwood City and Dr. Ivy Frederick (Chris Devido). He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and friends.
