She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burcik and Dolores Burcik. She is survived by: her son Ryan Thomas; her daughter-in-law Elaine; her granddaughter Hannielly; her siblings, Jay Burcik (Jeff Zollars) and Janet Urbanick (Zack); and her friend Tim Gillespie.
