It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte L. Cooper of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Hogue and Augusta Mohr Hogue. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Shira of New Castle, Karin Redman (Merle) of Wampum, Amy Freed of Marietta, OH and Robert Cooper (Becky Boydd) of Portersville; her grandchildren, Jamie Anthony (Gerald Jr.), John Edinger, Jr., Michael Edinger and Paul Shira; and her great grandchildren, Antonio, Donavon Anthony and Arabella Edinger.
