She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Miller and Clara Miller (Vogler); her husband Art Sarver; and her grandson Ricky Lyons. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Frickanish (Mark) of Ellwood City, Penny Badger (Keith) of Palmyra, PA and Melinda Cappello of Ellwood City; her grandchildren, Kayla Czeczely (Gary), Jake Frickanish of Ellwood, Emily Sarver of Harrisburg, Gretta Shaner (Russel) of New Castle and Carson Cappello of Ellwood City; her great grandchildren, Porscia Czeczely, Bentley Czeczely, Monroe Czeczely, Keanu Czeczely, Swayze Czeczely, Coco Czeczely, Nova Shaner and Hemi Shaner; and her brother Dr. Thomas Miller (Becky) of Clarion. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Carolyn's name to People in Need-Lawrence County.
