He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemont Campbell and Elizabeth Campbell (Burr); and his siblings, Marion Horrell, Margaret Giancola, William, Robert, Lawrence "Richard", Erwin "Bud" and Howard "Pat" Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Harriet Campbell (Lutz); his daughter Laurie (Mark Duncan) of New Beaver Boro; his granddaughter Alexis (Cory Moffatt); his great grandchildren, Carter, Kinsley and Kade Moffatt; and his siblings, Lena Mae Corrigan of Ellwood City and Lemont "Whitey" (Mary Campbell) of Park Gate.
