He was predeceased by: his parents, George Patrick and Mary Ann Kessler Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kati; his son Cody Patrick (Emily Christophe) of Ellwood City; his brother George Patrick (Marian) of New Brighton; his siblings-in-law, Sherry and Tracy Mulhollen of Ellwood City; his niece Lindsay Kozar (Brian); and his nephews, Chris Mulhollen (Kim) and Scott Mulhollen.
