She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Moskal and Josephine Moskal (Mora); her husband Eugene Spielvogel; her brothers, Raymond Moskal (Betty) and John Moskal (Dorothy); and her brothers-in-law, Regis Spielvogel (Lee) and Joseph Spielvogel.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Bieselt (Michael) of Ellwood City, Thomas Spielvogel of Ellwood City and Daniel Spielvogel (Tina) of Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Zachary Bieselt, Alexandra Bieselt of Ellwood City, Alesia Spielvogel of Virginia Beach and Daniela Spielvogel of Virginia Beach; her great grandchildren, Telsa and Ernest Brady; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Fedorchak and James Spielvogel (Arlene Gerald Spielvogel).
In lieu of flowers the family is asking memorial donations be made, in Betty's name, to Lillyville Church of God located at 408 Hickernell Rd Ellwood City.
