She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hozick and Albina Kosior Hozick; her daughters, Cynthia Grant and Shirley Moore; and her brother Robert "Butzy" Hozick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Figurel (Richard) of Chewton, Diana Shallenberger (Dean) of Ellwood City, Barbara Gagliardi (Michael) of Florida and Kimberly Grant (Sam) of Ellwood City. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
