She is survived by: her husband Ronald E. Welsh; her children, Julie Baxter of Ellwood City, Rhonda Black (James) of Slippery Rock and Gary Welsh (Donna) of New Wilmington; her brother Ronald Doak (Carol) of New Castle; her grandchildren, Ryan Black, Nicole Kennedy, Brittany Miller, Alyssa Turel and K. C. Mason; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Eliza, Lachlan, Brooklyn, Kendall, Briella, Riley and Nora.
