Fornataro of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine V. Fornataro and Lena Geramita Fornataro; his siblings, Frank Fornataro and Mary Lou McGonigle; his grandson Jeremy Colt Fornataro; and his great grandchild Marcella Grace Courville.
He is survived by: his significant other Grace Fornataro (Gottuso); his children, David (Sally Fornataro), Lisa (Fred Clerici), Gina (Jim McKenna) and Gregg (Suzanne Fornataro); his grandchildren, Chris Fornataro (Abbie), Rachel Courville (Brent), Jim McKenna (Taylor), Maggie Renuart (Adhemar), Cameron, Lena, Maylee Clerici, Clint Fornataro (Logan), Jesse and Bo Fornataro; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Raegan, Luca, Liliana, McKenna, AJ, Ellis and Blake.
