She was predeceased by: her parents, August Santillo and Ursula Santillo; and her siblings, Pauline Alfreda, John, Tony, Guy and Emmett Santillo.

She is survived by: her children, Marie Johnston (Ronnie) of South Beaver and Dennis Trivilino (Alyssa) of Ellwood City; her grandchildren, Kara Smith of Chippewa and Michael Johnston (Chelsea) of Chippewa; her great grandchildren, Alan Johnston of Chippewa, Abbie Smith of Chippewa, Anna Johnston of Chippewa and Ryan Smith of Chippewa; her nephews, Emmett Santillo and Joe Alfreda; her close friends, Sheryll Lipan and Pam Cooper; and her caregivers, Shannon, Holly, Aletha, Erin and Kelsey. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
