He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Kocher and Helen Groscost Kocher; his daughter Allison Kocher; and his half-brother Ferris Kocher. He is survived by: his wife Jane Brooks Kocher; his daughters, Erin Barone (Jeff) of Boardman and Brooke Kocher of Arizona; his stepson David Chapnell (Tammy) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Lauren (Kelby), Nicholas, Megan (Bryce), Tobin, Elaina (Andrius) and Matthew; his great grandchild Jameson; and his sister Carol Bisceglia of North Carolina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
