He is survived by: his children, Tammy Booth (Lynn Rose) of Bentleyville, PA, Kimberly Booth Lucy (George) of Houston, PA, William J. Booth (Gina) of Mt. Olivet, KY and Stacey Booth of Ellsworth, PA; and his siblings, Jim, Dennis Booth of Bedford, PA, Charlene Robson of Michigan and Barry Booth of Somerset, PA. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
