She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Korba and Anna Merichko Korba; and her husband Anthony Teluch. She is survived by: her children, Rosalie Macyda (late Steven H.), Maryann Harner (Dick) and Tony Teluch (Raye). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
