He is survived by: his children, Richard Puskavich Jr. of Ellsworth, PA and Lori Kirsch (Joel) of Canonsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Tanner and Rylee Kirsch; his siblings, James Puskavich (Darlene) of Ellsworth, PA and Kathleen Durko (Terry) of Canonsburg, PA; and his wife Donna Lee Puskavich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home (619 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
