She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Surkalovich and Julia Blazevich Surkalovich; and her husband George Luketich Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Luketich (Maryann) of Carnegie, PA, Edward Luketich (Lisa) of Fayette City, PA and George Luketich (Arlene) of Ellsworth, PA; and her siblings, Anthony, Michael, Andrew Surkalovich and Mary Flukas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
