She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Steve Vlanich and Betty Shrader Vlanich; her spouse Richard Puskavich Sr.; her children, Richard Puskavich Jr. of Wheeling, W. V and Lori L. Kirsch (Joel) of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Tanner Kirsch and Rylee Kirsch; and her siblings, Barry Vlanich (Kathleen Mancinelli) of Bentleyville and Joy Dunmire (Howard) of Monongahela.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contribution be made in Donna's name to Bentleyville United Methodist Church, 712 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314.
