He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ball Carbone; his sister Patty Wilson of West Carrollton, OH; his close friends, Bill Crawford and Lisa Rosen (James); his stepbrother Anthony Juchniewicz; and his siblings, Mary Mitchell and John Carbone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
